Hello Mr. CEO. I have a surface laptop 3 which was purchased last year with my warranty lasting till 30 Jan 2021.
Now the device has suddenly stopped working & there is nobody in The USA Microsoft technical support I can talk with or get an email ID or no Store is open where I can walk in.
Please I understand there is a pandemic situation but I have no clue how to get my device replaced.
Please guide me.
