I am seeking your support on the below issue.
I bought a Surface Pro 7 from India a few months ago for my kid online education due to Covid19 situation but the system started rebooting frequently with blue screen error and I contacted technical support to resolve the issue. He tried factory resetting and software upgrade but the issue was not resolved and then he raised a Service Request#: 1505509951 on August 3rd, 2020 for replacement as it is under warranty. It's more than 3 months now and I didn't get a call or mail for replacement. I am loosing my patience and I never expected this kind of customer support service from Microsoft.
Another problem, system is getting over heated when we use continuously after frequent restart.
I am really worried about the genuinity even to accept replacement and give this product to my kid due to system overheating. Better I would like to go for a refund instead of replacement.
Being a parent, I want to give a best product to my kid for his online education that's why I chose Microsoft product but I regret for choosing this product.
I hope you can help me to resolve this issue asap. I cannot afford another system to my kid without this refund.
