I thought I'd bring this issue with your Companies handsets.
When I first bought an Xbox One I was quite excited to have the new machine. With all the new games. I have always bought Microsoft products.
I was playing FIFA and I noticed a weird crunching sound and then the player I was in control of would go off in the wrong direction. The hand set broke in my hands? I had this exchanged and it happened again. Each time I had to contact customer service and had to chat to some one online takes far too much of my time away from socialising!
I rarely use my Xbox One... tonight I decide to have a game of FIFA !! And it happened again !!! The left hand joystick broke !! Nothing I did ! Just poor poor quality !! from your company.
I logged into my Microsoft account to report the issue (Serial no : 036000707909) and the web page failed. I tried that three times. ALL FAILED. What a waste of my time. I tried different ways and they strangely failed.
What are you going to do about this problem please? Thank you.
