I have been trying to settle this dispute since 1-20-20. On that date Iadvised Microsoft not to renew my subscription to office 365. I am retired and I no longer need it. Again on 1-21-20, 1-22-20 (twice) and again on 1-23-20 plus numerous times since thenI have contacted Microsoft to cancel this subscription. On 1-22-20 Microsoft sent me an email needing my new credit card number because the one you had on file was invalid. It was changed because of fraud. I never authorized Capital One to give you my new card number. For some reason Microsoft obtained my new number without my ok and billed me $74.63 on 2-18-20. I have gone back and forth since with Microsoft and Capital One to dispute this unauthorized charge. I sent Microsoft a letter with all the details on 5-13-20. I never heard back. Please, I am a retired man in my late 60"s and I feel that I am being treated poorly by a company I have had a great relationship with for years. Again, I cancelled my subscription or at least, I requested it cancelled several times. I will NEVER pay this bill. DO THE RIGHT THING-
