I am writing because we finally had the New X Box X series for 499.00 in our cart to pay for; unfortunately it would not allow us to click place order. The order number was 7078270982. My daughter called the number under the order number; waited 2 hours because she didnât want to loose the chance of getting this because now my grandson is jumping for joy; she was told this was a mistake that the system showed available. I called and spoke with one of your managers Robert Ramirez and this is the quote he said âI am tired of people wanting this deviceâ and hung up. For a manager I think this language / behavior is unacceptable for your Microsoft Company. What happened to accountability and empathy?
I am asking you if there is anyway you can allow me to pay for one of the X Box X series. Doesnât matter if it comes after Christmas however that would be amazing.
