Your employees are foul. I purchased Microsoft Windows 10 PRO. I have Home; tried to upgrade. Your "service" people say it was activated, too bad, no refund. Really? How did I activate it? My computer still has Home version. Well, I spent an entire day being yelled at, insulted, condescended to, abandoned, disconnected, and more. A tech named Akash told me he refused to help, go to billing and get a refund, and billing said I had to get an authorization from tech support, could not get back to tech support, got thrown to several different departments to go through the same failed install session... EVENTUALLY, they approved the refund. But I went through Hades to get there, and that was not necessary. I had done NOTHING wrong and was made to feel small, and worthless, and a dupe. Really, is that the kind of company Microsoft is?
