Even before the expiry of the first campaign date, we required extra listings and with the
explicit understanding with your Chennai Office executive we had taken the
second campaign on 21.12.2018 after paying Rs.7800, provided that the first campaign Ads will
run even after its expiry date but after deducting from the ads of the second campaign on the
expiry date of first campaign. We had also posted a few new ads in the second CAMPAIGN, but
to our surprise and shock, all the ads posted by us as on 11.1.2019 was deleted even without our
consent nor informing us. even though we had taken the second campaign on the condition that
the ads of the first campaign will continue on its expiry date.
Even though we have several times attempted to call your staff, but there was no response yet.
We do not have the details of the ads posted by us in the first campaign and second campaign.
Your staff have deliberately deleted the posted ads, and all the responses and leads to our ads which we would be receiving in these holidays is thwarted and our business is being badly affected.
We request you to look into this issue, and kindly arrange to restore all the ads which we had
posted from the first campaign and second campaign.
