Scott,
I am a life time subscriber that came to sirius with Howard. At the time I purchased the lifetime subscription the internet connection was being advertised as part of the subscription. I have successfully through the years been able to have the fees waived that your company now charges for the internet piece. This year I have not. I am also a share holder and understand the move to create more revenue. I however am a business man that stands behind my word. I would appreciate that the internet connection fee be waived this year and every year moving forward without the need for me to call in and have to deal with this. This is the way I get sirius as I have not had a radio in my car for over 8 years. I use it for Howard primarily. I hope that you understand my position and will look into this matter.
