I would like to know when your Scottrade Elite platform will be working. The virtual platform does not stream at all on most days and on its best days streams sporadically. After spending several days troubleshooting with a HIRED professional, adding ports, installing, re-installing, disabling firewalls, disabling virus software, enabling software, enabling my router, basically jumping through hoops suggested by your rude customer service that have me going in circles, we have determined, it is a SCOTTRADE platform issue. It has been almost a year if not longer since you have launched your new platform and it still does not work. The regular elite platform works periodically but slows down to a complete halt during moderate to high traffic and always halts at the last 30 minutes of the day. The virtual platform does not work at all. Or just blinks on periodically. I think it has been SO long and working with your Elite help center has been so unsuccessful months and months later that a letter directly to you is now in order. Are you even aware that this frustrating problem persists? How am I supposed to execute trades or manage money regularly if your platform does not work and is not reliable.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Scottrade. I have been forced to move the majority of my funds to another platform and have been waiting for improvements in order to move back.
