SEARS SHOULD NOT CLOSE/SEARS COMEBACK
Forgive me I work part time once at Sears and they should not close but they must re-brand themselves. My name is, Vann , and what I mean by this is go after Lowes and Home Depo. When I but tools, lawn mowers etc. I go to Sears and Lowes lately I choose Lowes due to wanting to replace my John but if Sears would have had this brand I would have chosen Sears. As for tools craftsmen are hard to beat but they might need an upgrade and more choices.
Clothing market will be hard to compete against on line shopping for years but Sears can with changes. If JC Penny’s is still surviving, then Sears one day can reopen their remodel stores with the idea of first beating Lowes, Home Depo, and new an evolving clothing line.
Personally you need to probably close more stores with the idea of remodeling along these lines then slow reopening and regaining market shares. Preface it with personally coming out and letting employees first and then the public at the right moment know that Sears will reopen stores eventually. If you push hard enough, it might can be done with two to four years, but more store must be closed a 150 will not be enough. Investigate and learn what it will take to remodel all Sear’s stores.
I am just a former employee who survived school with a slight learning disability, for without my LD classes in Junior High School and High School I would not have graduated. My sister had to teach me a year after I flunked out of college how to study, then I went back to make AB Honor Roll. I also became a USCF National Chess Master which only 10 percent of all people playing chess ever achieve. I know strength and weakness. I will never be able to learn a foreign but I know SEARS MUST HAVE A COMEBACK.
