I am unhappy with my appliance purchase experience at Sears. Neither appliance should have left the manufacturer. The paint job on the range was incomplete on top. The manual clock requires the strength of a body builder to operate. The doors on the refrigerator are not flush with each other. Sears needs to require manufacturers stop sending substandard product. Sears also needs to make the process of getting resolution for these problems much easier. I don\'t want a partial refund. I want nice, brand new appliances that reflect and consistent quality standards. I\'ve made several calls and the problems are still not resolved.
