Have a big issue with the lack of customer service.
I have a Kenmore Elite refrigerator.Has now been broke for over a month,my appontiments keep getting canceld or changed due to the lack of service personal.Two service technitians were schedualed for today but called in sick.Now the earliest anyone can come out is the 30th of April.I am one pissed off customer and will NEVER buy a Kenmore product ever AGAIN!!!! This refrigerator is not even 3 years old,just a big piece of Junk!
