My name is Darlene Babineaux. I read an article concerning Sears caught that caught my attention. Iâm write to in hope that you can help me.
About 3months ago (around the last week of February 2017), I ordered a Sears Craftsman Shed 8x4 white and gray shed item #07165006000
Model # CBMS8401, however the next morning (within 10-12 hrs) I received an email that order was being cancelled because the item I wanted was not in stock. However they never refunded me my money and next month I have to start paying the bill, where they billed my credit card company. I had four cancellation numbers and the fifth time I even went into the Sears store at the Brandon Town Center Mall and a Supervisior along with a young lady from security both called to try to get my money refunded - they said it should have it within 48hrs - I still have not been refunded my money nor have they reversed the charges on my credit card - and to boot Iâve missed all the sales on the item I tried to buy from Sears. Please itâs impossible to get to speak to someone in the United States. My income is limited and Iâm retired, I could not afford to buy a section shed after Sears would not return my money.
