I am a long time customer or sears for over 25 years. I had a repairman come to fix my 10 month old refrigerator and no communication after that i have left you several voicemails and have called customer service and i use that term loosely . I am told my part would be here in August. that is insane your are putting my families health at risk Again and again I beg for help for it only to fall on deaf ears and shoulder dipping.
