As a long time customer of Sears, Roebuck and Co., I can tell you that your failures are a direct and complete result of leadership and management failures.
If you were to actually walk into one of your stores as a customer, it would be abundantly clear why you are failing.
It is disturbing to me that you not only don't see that, but cluelessly blame unrelated elements of your business.
