I am writing this to inform you of the status of your people at the Sears I work at. Please listen with your heart if you truly care about your people. We are tired, under duress, fatigued, worn down, we can no longer get our work done the way we used to and be proud afterwards , thatâs gone, we are just shoveling sand. We have lost good people who burned out. Thank God for the mangers that we have in our store for trying to do what they can as they stand beside us. We are people with souls not numbers, nobody wants to come and work here itâs a labor camp. When truly good people leave that donât want to and these are work horses people who care about what they do and your losing these people. The common question the customer asks thereâs no one to help me. Iâve been here 30 years
