I am writing you today due to me being more than patient since December 2019 for my broken washing machine that I had service protection plan on. I have been a loyal customer since 2005 and can not believe the treatment I am receiving from Sears. I am 73 yrs old disabled woman who lost my husband last year and have been forced to wash my clothes in my sink because sears has failed to uphold there agreement. I have so many notes and so many people and emails with incorrect information and no one wants to do anything but say call back or call this number.
