I bought Kenmore Cooking Range, Kenmore dishwasher and Kenmore Microwave on 10/12/15 with 5-year in home service warranty for Microwave and dishwasher.
I paid for the full transaction using Sears store Card in the name of my wife and the store card was full paid on 11/2/15 for all these charges
I have all documents to prove all this.
I am 72 Years old and has been sears customer for over 15-20 years
I need service for dishwasher and has been trying them to help but they all have been sending me back and forth between departments.
I have spent over a week and over 12 hrs on phone trying to get them to help me but all in vein
Though I have sent them full proof with documents, they are claiming I do not have service contract
Someone seems have deleted the service contact record.
If they do not want to honor the service contract, they should fully refund what I paid for service contract on Microwave and Dishwasher so I can go elsewhere for help
This has been a very frustrating experience and never happened in the past
Please provide service or refund my contract payment ASAP so I can go elsewhere.
