I have a request. I have been buying craftsman tools for many years, because of the warranty. Your satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. I am no longer satisfied due to the hassle i have received from returning tools, to the lack of quality.
My request is this, i would like a letter/email from you, (since you are the boss), allowing me to return said tools for my money back. it would be very much appreciated.
