I have been a loyal sears and kmart customer. I ordered several hats last year NCAA ball caps. They all came in except the Arizona State University and Washington State U ones. Well they did come in they were they the wrong style. Actually it was two Washington State U caps. The ASU one was not the solid color one like advertised on web site but a plastic mesh on and the WSU one was white with crimson stitching instead of the other way around. This has happened several times. I called Kmart 800 number and they said I shouldnt order from you.
