I have been a Sears customer my entire life, I am 52 Years old. I purchased a garage door opener last week and when the installation scheduler called me she was super nasty to me. I called the holding department and the lady I talked to was awesome. she told me she resolved the issue and they would call me back and schedule my installing that evening. I waited 2 days with no phone call so I called the holding number again and a male answered. he was awful. he said it wasn't his problem and refused to listen to me. I even told him I was probably going to return the opener and stop shopping at sears and he said he didn't care and hung up. I am a retired army veteran with 26 years of service and I have never been treated this bad. I just wanted to let you know what happened with your company...â¦â¦.Thank you for your time
