I recently got an idea that I think will benefit your company. In recent years Sears stock has continued to fall due to many reasons (basically a change in the way people purchase what Sears offers). My idea is for Sears to offer total home makeovers by being a "general contractor" for homeowners. Many people are using support such as Angie's List or furniture store design, but I believe Sears could offer everything in one place giving the consumer peace of mind by offering a "tried and true" company they can trust. This is just a thought as I noticed my kitchen cabinets need replacing and this notion came to me. Have a great day!
