Im so sorry to have to reach out to you , I have tried every to get help from the store , customer service chat online , the 866-562-7848, (847) 286-2500, I have faxed my request for a refund to 847-286-8351 and 847-645-4003 and I have sent emails as well. I just need a refund . I placed a layaway on July 13, 2018
Paid the layaway in full on 8/22/18
since that day the order has just been showing "will ship to" and shows my address but NOTHING has been received , I have not received an email showing the shipping information
I have continued to call different depts and every time im told they will escalate this issue to another dept and someone will cancel the order for me then 24-48 hours later I receive an email saying the following .. I have gone to the Kmart store in Hayward CA and Maria the store manager was not able to cancel the order
I have tried online and as you can see by the pics below I am not able to cancel the order myself
