Frank Oulman sent a message to Edward Lampert that said:
In short, Sears Home Services FAILS. I bought a riding lawn mower and have called 3 times for service. I have a service contract. The time before I was given false information concerning cost by the Philippine call center. I had to spend 3 months getting that resolved. This time I made an appointment for a repair and was given a date but they sent me an appliance repair man instead of a lawn mower repair man. 4 hours wasted and a day's rescheduling for nothing. The next scheduled day was cancelled at the last minute "due to weather". I'm located in the Pacific NW and it was beautiful out for 300 miles around. Another ruined schedule for nothing and a lost 4 hours of productivity. The company rescheduled for tomorrow. If weather is so poor how can they know today that they'll be able to come tomorrow? Since all the contact I've had with Sears after I purchased my lawn tractor has been BAD, I'll NEVER buy from Sears again. Sears' customer service doesn't exist. Sears' call centers don't care. Sears' contracts are bogus. Sears has failed and deserves to disappear. Are you proud of your company?
