On 11/2 I ordered a gift card for Kmart online. I received two phone calls requesting me to call a number to "verify my purchase". I called the number provided and listened to at least ten advertisements of companies and services who apparently work in conjunction with Sears. I listened in the hope of being able to speak to a person, however at the end of the advertisements I was given another phone number to call. When this number was called, I reached someone\'s voicemail. At this point, I stopped trying.
Do you not think your customers have better things to do than waste their time on bogus responses to your customer service department. I will be cancelling my card. This treatment is ridiculous and degrading.
