Please help me I have been a long time customer for over 25 years. I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator less than a year ago and now it doesn't work I need a part that will take over a week to get. My wife has medication that needs to kept refrigerated I have been hung up on four times by customer service and now I am on hold 47 mins to speak to a supervisor not to mention that the first supervisor violated HIPPA laws by asking me what kind of medication my wife was on. Please help me! These are stressful times and I cant believe the company I relied on for over 25 years is treating me this way.
