I am so very disgusted with Kmart right now. I placed a layaway order online, a day later they send me a message that an item I have in my layaway is at high demand and they removed it from my layaway which I was OK with. It states to continue the layaway without that item to press the link. I pressed the link and it took me to the Kmart home page. Yesterday I go to pay on my layaway and it states my order has been canceled. I never canceled my layaway. I engage in the chat and your representative tells me to place my order again and they ate sorry for the inconvenience. So you all cancel my layaway and now want me to pay regular price on the items I got on layaway..you all are scamming now is what it looks like, canceling people orders so they can pay regular price. I would like my exact same layaway back and if I have to place it over I want the same prices I had before.
