5 flights for our family booked to Dublin on Saturday 15th October for my son's 21st. My other son and his wife are unable to travel due to her breaking her leg and unable to fly - I did attach a medical note. To avoid disappointment we would like to use one of the tickets for my son's friend to join us. But when we went online to make the name change a payment of £110 was requested. Under the circumstances could you please review bearing in mind that we are in the position to relinquish one ticket. Your urgent response would be appreciated.
You team came back with just a standard response.
Surely if we could relinquish a ticket which could then be resold we could come to some arrangement. £110 seems a lot in this situation.
