Dear Mr. Bruce Van Sauna

I had unfortunate experience with Citizens Bank that you should be aware of.

I have been a Citizens Bank customer for the past eight plus years.

I had request for a stop payment on August 22, 2016,for a transaction on August 30, received notifications of the stop payment agreement on August 27, 2016.

On August 30, 2016 the transaction was successfully processed thru my account, the reason for the stop payment was to avoid this. The excuse that I was given from your branch manager Kelly Crammer at Citizens Branch Forest Hills, PA whom by the way was antagonizing the situation. I was told by your branch manager that just because you put a stop payment the bank does not have to honor the stop payment? My response was than why advertise a product and charge for and don't fulfill the request, that would be switch and bait for capital gain.
Her attitude was to continue to antagonize me, I said ok we can end this conversation, as I proceed to leave the bank Kelly Cramer with a loud voice continues to proceed with I'm sorry I couldn't help you,etc at this point I am 3/4 across the bank floor there was no reason but pure ignorance on the behalf of your employee.

Because of the deceptive practice of Citizen Bank the ignorance of your employee has brought me to
end the relationship that had begun eight plus years ago, I have two children that I taught to bank with Citizens Bank, they too will end their relationship with your establishment.

A response would be appropriate
