Shame on Sears! I purchased a mattress and box spring on June 20. It was suppoed to be delivered on June 28. I was called later and tod the delivery date had changed and now it would be July 9. I was called on July 8 and AGAIN the delivery date was changed to July 19. I do not want this mattress and box spring any more. I am 70 years od and have been sleeping on a hard sofa for this time waiting on your merchandise. Cannot believe the incredibly unreliable service of your company. I will not pay the 15% you charge for cancellation. Sears broke the purchase agreement by not delivering on the date promised. The company you preside over is awful!!!!!!
