Hi Mr. Siegel,
I was a guest at your Rumor Boutique Hotel this past October. I was referred to stay in your hotel by a group of friends ( Dragons Gate) who have been booking with your hotel every October for the fetish and fantasy ball at the hard rock. I booked a suite #1603 10/28-10/30 for myself, once my friend came into town we shared a different suite through Sunday. I had a wonderful experience with minor housekeeping issues that I did not address then ( strange clothe clogged in the soaking tub drain that I was able to pull out and two towels that had small stains) as I really enjoyed the rest of my time there. Then not until Sunday I experienced the issue I am wanting assistance to resolve. Sunday as I left the second suite that I booked I realized I had not packed my GOPRO camera the Friday morning I had checked out of suite 1603. As I replayed Thursday night I remembered using for the last time to download footage of my time at the Gun Garage earlier that day then went to bed. Friday morning I awoke and enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant went back to the suite packed and checked out, without grabbing my camera from the bed. Fastforward to Sunday, I connected with the staff at the hotel to advice that I had left my GO PRO camera in my suite, on the bed. Staff told me they would check and call me... no one did call me. I called back Tuesday, same response or should say no call back. Thursday I was put on hold someone said they had looked in lost and found and nothing was found that they would check with the house keeping manager and call me the gentlemen did call me back to say no luck. I called again the following Monday to speak to the manager all he could say was that I could speak to the assistant manager who was also the house keeping manager to discuss this but she had already been contacted about the issue and she had nothing more to add. I just cant understand how my camera just disappeared from the bed, how house keeping didnt see it ( it was attached to a 10-12 inch flexible "GO PRO jaws flex clamp") $50 and the camera itself in its water proof/shatter proof case is about 2x3 inches(current value about 300 not including memory card, value of purchase a year ago $400.. On the case my personal number was written on the outside and inside). The "customer service" I received really made me feel like my concern was not important and most of all I feel like whom ever entered the room to clean the suite the day I checked out had to have seen the camera and chose to not report it. In that camera I had footage from a week long motorcycle ride and family moments I did not get a chance to download before leaving it behind in the suite.
I am hoping that you can do a lot more than the staff at the hotel has done to help me resolve this issue. As much as I have tried to just let it go I have not been able to like I said I just cant see how someone "did not see it" on the bed. I waited until now because I did not want to write to you while infuriated as I am truly hoping you can make this right.

Thank you for your time.
