Since no one at Toys r us is paying attention to me I thought I'd try the "big" boss. All I have been trying to do since March 5,2015 is get a copy of a gift card receipt. It's really a simple thing but can't get it. Have contacted the company three times now. No solution. Then, today I receive an email wanting me to take a survey on customer service. I tried to click on and open it just to let them know what I think of the company and it says "your invitation to take the survey has expired". This was like 30 minutes after I received the "invite". Dealing with your company is a terrible experience.
