I should have sent you this complaint sooner but I was too mad to even be able to write it then.
In mid December I ordered a Mario Kart 8 Wii U 32GB Deluxe Set from GameStop on line. On 12/17/2016 I received an email Hold Confirmation saying that my purchase was ready for pickup at the Carousel plaza GameStop in Canton Ohio. I drove the 50 mile round trip distance in a snow storm only to be told by the staff there that they did not know anything about the email and did not have my purchase. Your customer sales representatives in Canton were not helpful. In any way. They stated that they couldnt help it what the email said and it wasnt their fault that the computer screwed up. I am currently very angry about how your customer sales representatives have treated me despite showing them the email stating the item was ready for pickup. After this experience I doubt I will ever want to be a customer of yours again and l am inclined to tell everyone I know to avoid your stores
