Single mother of 4- 1 special needs whom is scheduled for heart surgery in Houston, Texas this May. So I filed a claim on my phone. Asurion send s me a phone that does not work. Asurion tells me to take it to a repair shop. Sprint tells me Asurion has to send me another phone. I cannot be without a phone. I am waiting on the hospital calls, admissions, the cardiologist I CANNOT MISS a phone call. I refuse to pay for $50 repair on a phone I paid insurance premiums on + $200 replace fee. My sons phone was replaced a couple months ago and his phone freezes. God forbid anything happen and we cant rely on these phone due to Sprint sending us junk. I want both of our phones replaced or you help us get out of these handcuffs with no penalties. I have been a customer of your well before you merged with Nextel. I am done. If i had more time I would tell you how your company had me add extra lines for wireless when our moguls had wireless service in 2008. Or all the chats we have had to get things corrected on our accounts.
