Sir, Back in April I had sent you an email via this very link with my concerns regarding Staples Store . To date I have only receive a confirmation that my inquiry was received (An Automatic Response) But I have not received any confirmation from your office to contact me to investigate the problem with the physical and mental abuse by your store manager.
I have already sent my emails to your district manager ...but I got no replies...and the abuse just gets worse. I know there is a Staples HR department that I am suppose to go to. When I asked my Assistant manager for the number or contact info...She said she would get back to me...and never did.
My Store Manager Dave Mueller has physically grabbed ahold of me 2 times now...It took all I could do as a Military Vet who suffers from PSTD and have mental and Physical disabilities...to just not turn around and knock him on his ???.
The VA has me on meds which help me control those things but I dont need the triggers from my manager.
If He touches me again...As a 14 year Navy combat vet, I cannot guarantee the state that he will be in after that! I hope Staples has good medical insurance because he will need it.
There are many problems with this store at a management level. There is NO level of chain of command....As a hired Staples Tech Supervisor...I have no delegation to me at all.
I have no instructions from the manager to delegate to my tech associates. Dave Mueller wants to do it all! No Accountability...No Support. No Delegation.
I have no tech associates to even communicate with on my shift...because there are none. Only one Tech on duty at any given time...How can I be a supervisor if I have no one to supervise.
How can I train the kids that we hire directly from the street with no experience and pay them peanuts and expect them to repair computers for the customer?...When I have no time to spend with them.
I would have to come in on my day off and not get paid to teach them what they need to know...because we are worried about "Dave making payroll budget"...and getting his Bonus.
I hear it all the time..."Tim You are reason I am not making budget and payroll!"
Sir, I sent this info to you months ago and you have not responded to me. I am hoping you do this time.
But I will say, that if this man ever touches me again I will put him down! 2 times now...the 3rd time will be the last!
I also have statements from employees and I have also recorded my every trip "Into the Office" in the recordings you will hear his THREATS and I also have documentation that the customer comments were "Doctored" I also have many customers who will give testimony and statements that I am a stand up person for Staples.
