Sir, Eversince the purchase of Samsung Galaxy S-7 Edge on 14.4.2016, I have – Lee KunHee email address

Non-functioning of Samsung Galaxy S-7 Edge sent a message to Lee Kun-Hee Chairman, Samsung – email address that said:

Sir,

Eversince the purchase of Samsung Galaxy S-7 Edge on 14.4.2016, I have continuously and consistently been facing the problem of hanging and auto switch off-on. The phone hangs at ‘Samsung Logo’ or ‘Samsung Galaxy S-7 Edge’ being displayed at the middle and ‘Powered by Android’ at the bottom all the switches stop functioning and become inoperational. Initially I was told that the phone would be changed but after few hours, I was told by the Service Centre that since according to them, 21st April was eighth day, phone would be repaired. For almost the entire month of May, the Phone was lying with the Service Centre when I was assured that the phone has been repaired and now there would be no problem. However, I continued to face this problem.

Recently, the problem of hanging became acute which was brought to your notice vide my mail dt. 13.8.2016. Thereafter, I have been to your Service Centre 4 times and every time I have been told to come the next day and advised to save my data which they said would be lost. Lastly, I have been to your Service Centre in Ashok Vihar on 27.8.2016. Instead of issuing me a job card, they took out a print out of my old job card and noted the problem of hanging and auto-switch off on the old job card and I was asked to come after one hour. When I went there after an hour, I was informed that the phone required replacement of one part which was not in stock with them and likely to be received by Monday or Tuesday and to come to the Service Centre on Wednesday.

Today i.e. on Monday 29.8.2016 at about 5.15 PM the phone again hanged at “Samsung Galaxy S-7 Edge” “Powered by Android.” I noticed that the Phone was heating. I tried to contact several Service Centres but the telephone numbers given on your service centres site were not operational. The phone was getting heated up and at one stage it was so hot I was worried that it may not explode. Should it happen, you will be entirely responsible which please note.

I would also like to tell you that even now when I am writing this mail, the phone is lying dead. I am so fed up with this phone that I feel like throwing it away in the dustbin. If Samsung thinks that its so called most prestigious phone is worth something, I am even Prepared To Sell It To Samsung For Rupee ONE, instead of wasting my time in going to service centre time and again.
Please also note that I feel so harassed that I intend to initiate civil and criminal action against you.
