I am Arjun student of BE final year form Medicaps university.
Recently TCS come to our college for campus placement the written paper designed by the company was very good but the way this paper appears to around 1000 candidates was even more unfair then any cast system. There was only one paper for all the slots starting from 11 Am and last up to 10pm same day. Now students in last slot know the answers of more then 40 questions although they have to answer only 30 of them.
Your team said it is to be very fair opportunity for all. Now how you justify that the first slot students who solved all those questions on there on while the students at last mug up the answer and vomit it have fair opportunity?
I wrote this email because while preparing I come to now TATA group means trusted group and that trust is actually got crushed yesterday not because we didn't get selected but the kind of scenario your team shown us and this is the scenario of your placement process across the nation, if you don't believe ask your newly hired job trainees what they saw at the time of recruitment or ask your placement team how do they do it.
This is start of something which can have tremendous effect on you image and your development.
Hope there will be some strict action in this matter.
