Sir, I am asking for your help to get a refund from Hilton Inn and Suites, Stuart, Florida. The hotel was closed due to Hurricane in October. The very same dates of my reservation. I have spoken to hotel management twice. Both times they assured me I was to get a refund. It"s been sixty days and no refund, What is the problem?
Been in touch with general manager, Becky to no avail.
Can you get lend a hand here. People need to live up to their promises.
