Sir, I am delighted with my gift of Nespresso coffee maker. It came with a good number of capsules. However, we ran out of capsules, quickly went to the store could not find Nespresso capsules, purchased Lavico.
We ran into problems. We now know that these capsules are not compatible with your product. I have sent off a message to Lavico stating they do not work on the Nespesso machine, and we can prove this.
However, I feel strongly that Nespresso should make a statement...not to disparage but to ensure that all who buys the nespresso machine are made aware that complaints have been received for 'other' like products and Nespresso strongly encourages to use only Nespresso products.
As a Customer I don't know what I don't know and have 'wasted' good $ on another company capsules
Also on speaking with your Customer Service, who are very good, they appear to be aware of this, on speaking with your store personnel they are not.
Thus more of your Customers will get themselves into situations like I have
