Sir, I am emailing you because I have a situation with my 2017 Rogue that needs to be resolved. I have spoken to your customer service reps and asked for a higher position to speak with. I was told that they are the highest. I guess they forgot about you.
Short story: my navigation system died while I was using it in NJ. I was driving, didnt know where I was, and was trying to touch the Previous Destinations icon to start again. I was slightly panicked. The PLASTIC screen cracked. I was used to the BMW that I traded for the Rogue and thought it would be glass. Now, they are telling me that I broke the navigation system by poking the screen and it will cost around $2000. The navigation system broke FIRST.
I am a dissatisfied customer at this point. I see that you are known as Mr. Fix It. Please, do.
