Fiona sent a message to Michael OâLeary CEO, Ryanair Email Address that said:
Sir I booked assistance for my Mother to fly from Manchester to Murcia yesterday and I am disgusted to learn that in Manchester she was told that the airline hadn't got her name down and she was told if she didn't climb the steps she couldn't fly.
My mother is 80 and is a wheel chair user and had to crawl on her hands and knees up the steps.mehen they arrived in Mucia she was in tears thinking she had to do the same but she didn't as her name was on the list sowhy was she treated like this in Manchester.
She is due to return with my father on the 14th April and I would like you assurance this will not happen again. I had to reprint the boarding passes for the assistance and it clearly stated she needed help. I can only hope this was an oversight but as CEO you should be aware of it. I am glad I wasn't there because I can assure ou she would have not been treated like this nor would she have been spoken to like this.
