Sir, I have attempted via all available channels to get an answer to an inquiry and have been unable to get to anyone who can answer my question. Ive engaged via social media, such as Twitter, have even reached out to employees at CenturyLink via LinkedIn and have made no traction.

My issue is this:
Recently, CenturyLink was burying cable just around the corner from my home. As president of my Homeowners Association, I can tell you that all 14 homes have been waiting for quite some time to get Broadband via CenturyLink faster than 768k. We are less than 1 mile from the main thoroughfare of our town which has significantly faster speeds available. Were all on satellite internet currently and up for renewal. Wed like to talk with someone locally or at CenturyLink HQ who can tell us WHEN/IF we will have faster speeds available - so that we arent forced to sign 3 year agreements with satellite. Let me be clear - WE ARE BEGGING to be CENTURYLINK high speed internet customers. We just need information and are unable to get assistance.
