Sir, I have been a loyal CenturyLink customer for over 30 years. I have a problem and have tried to get it solved by going through customer service but all they keep telling me if you don't like our service then cancel. My problem is this, my internet speed is only .5, yes.5 it is so slow that my kids have to go friends houses to do their homework since it is so slow. I have called your company and they keep telling me that is all they have to offer in my area. This speed is the slowest speed there is and I can't even buy a better package with more speed. Now to my next problem, I spend $48 per month for my internet, I have checked with friends of mine and that is close to what they are paying for speeds over 10. I have been paying this amount for years and am tired of it. Since this speed is too slow for my kids to do homework and also try watching Netflix with it I feel there should be some price compensation for such poor service or somehow your company increase the speed. Please help. Am looking forward to your response.
