David Smith sent a message to Ross McEwan CEO, Royal Bank of Scotland Email Address that said:

Sir, I have been a NatWest customer for over 50 years and am disgusted to find out that our bank no longer sells Travellers Cheques. To add salt into the wound you now offer NO alternative product that replaces them.
I have heard all the excuses from your staff, but no one can offer me an alternative product that is secure. Your bank is always going on about keeping the security of my details safe, yet you appear to be saying go on holiday, take your money in cash and to hell with the consequences.
