John  sent a message to Kevin Mansell – Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Kohl’s Corporation – Email Address that said:

Sir, I have been on hold to speak with a supervisor for over 20 minutes, my fourth call ... I was sent a visa rebate card for $10, it was suppose to be for $50 ...
received first post card from your organization and called with the number, they could not give me a rebate due to upc mix up!!!! There was finally customer service gentleman who apologized, looked everything up, showed me where on the site it was changed and I would be receiving my $50 ... now, I cannot speak with anyone, have been given four telephone numbers, on hold so long asked to press 0 to get an operator .... going around and around with nothiing and no person to speak with. Please call  and be told they don't handle this, after calling who transferred me there, and I asked for the number incase, useless ... re called and was on hold 20 minutes and just hung up on! Sir, this isn't bait and switch ... it's bait and too bad for the customer.
