Sir, I have your all in one printer 5500. It is a great printer other than it uses ink up so fast. I USE ONLY Kodak products and put this cartridge in less then 2 months ago and it says I need ink again. I print less then 25 pages a month so this should last longer. I hardly print color but after the BW one needs it, then the message comes up that the color needs it. I am a home person so don't print many items, retired. I called you support and they just told me to buy more ink. Ran through some things in the printer and said there is nothing they can do. I hope that you will at least send me some FREE ink cartridge's as this ink is not cheap. I have been dealing with t his for years and now am just tired.
