Susan sent a message to Stephen Burke CEO, NBCUniversal, Inc. that said:
Sir, I paid the $29.99 to watch the Tour de France but today we cannot log in. We have followed the instructions on the computer screen and today we cannot log in. My son called NBC for help but they hung up on him and today we cannot log in. I called NBC and was re-routed to KNBC without being told what was happening and when I asked her who she was she told me that I had the wrong number and hung up and today we cannot log in. By the time this gets sorted out today's race will be over and I will have wasted the time allotted to watch the darn thing. If you cannot assure me that I will not miss tomorrow's race I will contact my credit card company's fraud department and cancel the charge. Your company and it's employees at this point in time stink. Can you change my opinion of them?
