GHANSHYAM sent a message to Akio Toyoda President and CEO, Toyota Motor Corporation – email address that said:
I purchased Toyota etios car in August'15 and I am doing follow ups for leather door strip problem from September'15, but Toyota dealership does not provide me any solution for this issue. I have already register complaints number of times in customer care and drop no of mails on but no one is responding for this issue. They are ignoring my mails and I didn't receive any call/solution from customer care.
Toyota claims that "TOYOTA DELIVERS QUALITY", Is this actual quality of Toyota products? Toyota is failing to resolve this issue for more than one year. I have not received any satisfactory solution since then. I would like to make you aware about the customer complaint dealing system as there is no transparency in it neither customer is able to see the status of raised complaints he/she has registered. I asked so many times to the customer care for escalation matrix so that I can escalate this issue on next or higher level but there is no option for customer to escalate issues.
Customer can call and drop mail on given email but no one is responding from there.
"Dust is coming inside in car and I am facing health issue but Toyota is not concerned for this."
