Sir, I put a claim in months ago for a horrible incident that took place at your corporate store. I have been rudely brushed off by the claims agent, she is condescending, rude and inconsistent. She does not return my calls or emails. She never got back to me with my counter offer that i sent to my business attorney before emailing to her. Sir it has been months now. She has dropped the ball. Incident occurred on Sept. 22nd 2015 at West Alexis Rd store in Toledo Ohio. I run a few blogging sites and have a Business reviews page for local Toledo restaurants. Iwould think this would have some wieght on her decision to ignore my claim. I hope to hear from someone this week.
