Sir,
I'm sorry that I have to send this email to you however I have been receiving your service for a few years now and up until recently I have been quite happy with the service I have received. However a few months back I paid for a full year of service under the understanding that I would not only be able to use the service in my car but that I would be able to use the service on every radio that has Sirius XM available on the device and in fact in paying for this year of service I would be eligible to receive two free radios. so I said OK that is cool I'll do that. so i get the radios and I start looking into my bank statement and notice that there was $56.00 taken out of my account.
when I called in I was told that this was a monthly service charge for the two radios, so I told the agent that first I never gave permission for your company to take the money out of my account and this was fraudulent. so I was told that they would refund the money to me and that I could keep the radios after I asked on more than one occasion for an address to return the radios.
SO now I have the radios here still in the box, I then started to receive numerous phone calls from your agents in your call centers and they never left a message as to why they were calling so when I would call back in asking what I could do for the agent I was greeted with great rudeness so I started to stop taking the phone calls.
once I did that they became more frequent and at all hours of the night and more rudely each time. and again I stopped taking the calls.
Today August 10th 2016 I received 12 phone calls from your agents so when I called in I spoke with an agent by the name of Jeremy and he asked me what he could do for me I told him that I did not know because I was return the continuous and continuous and continuous and continuous phone calls but no one left a message for me to know what they were calling about.
He then in a rude and condescending tone said well i have no idea why anyone would be calling you continuously and continuously and continuously, in spite to my comment at which point I told him he is a horrible Customer Service agent and had no idea how to handle a frustrated customer so before I say something wrong I want to talk to your supervisor.
he said FINE and then put me on hold. he then came back stating to me that his supervisor was on his way but wanted to know what and why I wanted to talk to him. I told him it was to file a complaint on him he then said my supervisor is here sir paused took a breath and then introduced himself and his supervisor.
I asked him hi name he said Jeremy I asked if he was his own supervisor he stated yes, and then said no he was Jeremys supervisor at which point I told him that I am not inclined to play games and disconnected the call.
I then found your information here and i am working to find further contact info for you sir in order to let you know what your people are doing on the phones and the way they are treating your customers. I know I am only one person and Im sure you will probably never read this or even care if you do.
